SHIPPING

Shipping & Delivery Restrictions within Germany (excluding islands).

  • Free delivery from EUR 199,- order value in Germany (excluding islands).
  • There is no minimum order value.
  • Delivery is via insured freight forwarding. Please note that the freight forwarder (the driver) is on their own, and for larger items (wardrobes, chests of drawers), extra help will need to be arranged.
  • Unfortunately, islands cannot be delivered to due to logistical reasons.

  • The delivery date will be communicated at least 1 week in advance via email.

Shipping & Delivery Restrictions within Austria.

  • From EUR 500,- order value, shipping is free.
  • For order values up to EUR 499,-, shipping is a flat rate of EUR 99,- per order.
  • Delivery is via insured freight forwarding.
  • There is no minimum order value.

Shipping & Delivery Restrictions within Luxembourg.

  • Flat rate EUR 199,- per order.
  • Delivery is via insured freight forwarding.
  • There is a minimum order value of EUR 1,999,- per order.

  • Flat rate EUR 1,999,- per order.
  • Delivery is via insured freight forwarding.
  • There is a minimum order value of EUR 1,999,- per order.

Shipping & Delivery Restrictions within Switzerland.

  • Orders are processed exclusively through the provider meineinkauf.ch. Please register on meineinkauf.ch and specify their warehouse in Germany as the delivery address. This way, delivery to Germany is free.

    meineinkauf.ch will then handle all further customs clearance and deliver the goods to Switzerland.

Information on delivery times.

Shipping takes place upon payment of the total price within the delivery period specified in the item description.

Please note that different delivery times are specified for the various furniture collections. You will find the exact delivery time information under the respective item.

We will inform you of the exact delivery date at least 1 week before dispatch via email.

Information on calculating the delivery date.

You can find the delivery times on the respective product pages. For payment by bank transfer (Vorkasse), PayPal (direct debit, credit card, etc.), the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes its place.

We would like to point out to all customers that our items can only be produced and delivered after payment has been received.
